Another thanks from me for this excellent way to learn Thai. One thing though, the Realplayer streams, could you also PLEASE :-)))) give me a way to download them, so I can listen without having to connect all the time. Also very much, even more, for the lessons in the Thai Reader.

Dear Sir: I am grateful for the wonderful and very helpful work you are doing. I have a "hardcopy" of Thai Reader II (Thai Ministry of Education), but the on-line learning is so much more better. Any chance of more advanced courses (Book III etc.)in the future? Keep up the good work. K. Azzooni Saudi Arabia

A little note when downloading fonts to read MaaniiReaders and other pages on SEAsite... Internet Explorer: Right Click on the link and choose "Save As"... Then, locate your c:\windows\fonts. Reload the page and you should be able to read the page. Netscape: Left Click on the link and save the file under your c:\windows\fonts. Reload the page. Cheers! Staffs P.S. I'll put this on the page later.

Admirable in every way. Have been spending 1/2 hours a day with Maanii before leaving fro Thailand and I fell really confident. What I miss at the end of Book 1 is a roundup of grammar learnt in the reader and of the complex consonant/vowle/tone mark interaction. Congratualtions anyway

My name is Paddy and I am from Australia. I want to learn Thai but I am having trouble starting off! i am currently trying to find a site that allows me an exposure to the characters of Thai so that I can learn them before going to a language school in Thailand next year. I am currently in a remote area until Jan 13 2003 so I am only able to work through the internet. If you could help me, please send any advice to me at my email <paddy_ford@yahoo.com.au> Thanks very much!
