| Procedures : Before you cut corn kernels, make sure to remove all silks of the ears of corn. Use sharp knife, scrape the cobs with thin cut. Place sweet rice and corn kernels in a non-stick saucepan. Pour water in and cook till the rice done. Add salt, vanilla extract and sugar. Stir well. Serve warm with Coconut dressing on top. |
