Nasi Goreng

Ingredients : Bahan-bahan :
Serves 4-6 people Disajikan untuk 4-6 orang
1 and 1/2 cups uncooked rice 1 dan 1/2 gelas beras
3 tomatoes 3 buah tomat
2 eggs 2 butir telur
4 teaspoon water 4 sendok makan air
3 teaspoon sunflower oil 3 sendok makan minyak sayur
1 onion, thinly sliced 1 buah bawang, iris tipis
1-2 garlic gloves, crushed 1-2 buah bawang putih, hancurkan
1 teaspoon curry powder 1 sendok makan bubuk kari
1/2 teaspoon ground corriander 1/2 sendok makan ketumbar yang sudah dihaluskan
1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 sendok makan bubuk cabe
2 teaspoon soy sauce 2 sendok makan kecap
any vegetable you like sayur apa saja yang anda suka
salt and pepper garam dan merica
Preparation : Cara memasak:
1. cook the uncooked rice in the rice cooker and keep it warm 1. masak beras memakai kukusan dan biarkan hangat sementara
2. cut the pork (or your choice) into narrow strips. Slice the tomatoes 2. potong daging babi(atau pilihan anda) secara memanjang. Iris tomat.
3. beat the egg separately with 2 teaspoon cold water and salt and pepper. Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in the wok, Pour in the first egg, undisturbed, until set 3. kocok telur dengan 2 sendok makan air dingin and garam dan merica. Panaskan 2 sendok makan minyak di dalam wajan, tuangkan telur yang telah di kocok, biarkan, hingga selesai.
