Ingredient : Bahan :
serves 15 Untuk 15 buah
400 grams rice flour 400 gram tepung beras
80 grams corn starch 80 gram tepung kanji
1 pack of yeast 1 bungkus ragi
200 grams granulated sugar 200 gram gula pasir
salt garam secukupnya
2-3 cups of coconut milk 400 cc santan kental
food color, red and green pewarna merah dan hijau

Preparation : Cara membuat :
1. Mix rice flour with corn starch, yeast, sugar, and salt evenly. Pour the coconut milk. Make out a dough. 1. campur tepung beras bersama tepung kanji, ragi, gula, dan garam sampai rata. Tuangi santan kental. Buat menjadi adonan.

5. Serve with coconut flakes 5. Sajikan kue dengan kelapa parut
