Login Problems

In order to register and to be able to view the pages at this web site, you must set your browser to accept cookies.

The cookies used here are known as "session" cookies which means that they are not written to your hard disk.  Rather they are simply kept in memory and vanish when you quit your browser.

In Internet Explorer 5.0, go to the Tools menu choice and select 'Internet Options'. Click on the Security tab at the top, Click on the Internet Icon, and click the Custom Level button.  Scroll down the list until you see Cookies, and select the option to enable cookies. Be sure to set the option to enable "session" cookies.

For the Tagalog vocabulary study, we require that you use Internet Explorer as your browser.

Other things that will cause problems are not using the correct username and/or password.

In addition, please do not choose usernames or passwords that contain an apostrophe.  If your name contains an apostrophe (e.g., O'Hare), do not use the apostrophe when entering your name.

For the Tagalog vocabulary study, your password is your SSN without any hypens.  Just the numbers alone.
