Directions: 2. Combine coconut milk and granulated
sugar in a cooking pot. Boil. Lower flame to simmering. 3. Add vanilla and salt to coconut milk
mixture. 4. Add malagkit rice flour, and stir
continuously. Mixture will become thick. 5. Remove from mixture from flame, and transfer to a board dusted with malagkit flour. (Use the 1/2 cup set aside.) Flatten mixture with a rolling pin to 1/4 inch thick and cut into small rectangular pieces. Roll in the rest of the toasted malagkit flour. |
