Ingredients:
1/4 k Pork, liempo
2 c Water
1 tsp Salt
1/2 c Cooking oil
4 pcs Tofu (soy bean curd)
1/4 c Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground
1 tsp Granulated sugar
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 pc Onion, cut into rings

Directions
1. Boil pork in water with 1/2 tsp salt until tender.
Then cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Set aside.2.
Fry tokwa until firm and golden brown.
Drain on paper towels. Cut into
1/2-inch cubes. Set aside.
4. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt,
black pepper, sugar, and garlic in a bowl.
Mix well until salt and sugar are dissolved.
5. Combine fried tokwa and pork pieces
in a serving bowl. Pour sauce over.
Garnish with fresh onion rings. |
