(Pork Stewed in Shrimp Paste)


1 c Shrimp paste (bagoong)
1/2 k Pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
5 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
2 med size Tomatoes, sliced
1/2 Black pepper, ground
2 tbsp Cooking oil
2 c Water

1. Saute shrimp paste with garlic, onion,
and tomatoes in hot oil. Set aside.

2. In a  saucepan, boil pork cutlets in 2 cups
of water for 30 minutes.

3. Add in sauted shrimp paste. Bring to a boil.
Season with ground pepper.
