1 gallon water
5 tea bags
3-4 pieces pandan leaf
2 pcs. panocha or
2-3 cups brown sugar
shaved ice
Flavor regular tea with aromatic leaves of pandan
or screwpine and discover a new refreshing drink.

Directions:
1. Boil the water, tea bags, pandan leaves and panocha or brown sugar
together
until aromatic and well-flavored.
2. Adjust sweetness as needed. Strain the tea then cool.
3.Serve with shaved ice and garnish with pandan leaves.
