1 k Chicken, cut into serving
1 med Onion, sliced thinly
5 cloves Garlic, peeled and crushed
1/2 tsp Ginger powder
2 tbsp Cooking oil
4 c Coconut milk
3 pcs Hot pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a saucepan, saute chicken pieces with garlic
onion in cooking oil. Add in ginger powder.
Cook for about 30 minutes or until
chicken is well done.
2. Add in coconut milk, and bring to a boil.
3. Add hot pepper, and salt and pepper to taste.
