Monday Meeting Minutes

5:00-6:15 pm, HSC 503

Attendance: Krissy, Sarah, Carolina, Veacha, Shaun, Kristen, Garth, Katie, Cynthia, Luke, Arlene, Steven, Rey, April, Lee, Rose, Justin

International Thai Conference: 4/3-4/6

-         Volunteers are needed for:

o       Pre-conference set up this Thursday and Friday

o       Bus duty to and from airports on Saturday and Sunday; bus role call on Wednesday and Thursday

o       Registration Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

-         Volunteers can sign up in room HSC 230 (753-5200)

-         Volunteers will receive complimentary registration

Philippine Night: 4/22, 5-8pm

-         Acts: (15 minutes each)

o       PSA: song, skit dance (15 people)

o       ACCESS group: 3-4 dances (38 people)

o       Tagalog Class: 3 songs (25 people)

-         Food: decide next week

-         Cynthia: check about potluck style option

-         Rose: check with restaurant

-         Luke: do Pepsi grant

-         Venue is still being confirmed

New Officers for 2005-2006:

-         President: Sarah

-         IVP: Shaun

-         EVP: Katie

-         Treasurer: Garth

-         Secretary: Kristen

-         Open: Public Relations, Conference Coordinator, PAISA Representative

-         Garth will also be the new webmaster
