Monday Meeting Minutes

March 21, 2005

5:00-6:00 pm, HSC 503

Attendance: Krissy, Sarah, Dan, Kristen, Shaun, Katie, Garth, Luke

Officer nominations for next year:

-         President: Sarah

-         EVP: Katie

-         IVP: Shaun

-         Treasurer: Garth

-         Secretary: Kristen

-         PAISA Rep.: Dan

-         Webmaster: Garth

-         Positions remaining: Public Relations, Conference Coordinator

-         We will hold elections next week, 3/28

Tsunami Relief Benefit:

-         we’ve been getting a lot of good feedback and kudos

Philippine Night: 4/22

-         venue: St. Paul’s Episcopal

-         acts: the Philippine high school group can probably do 3-5 songs

-         the Tagalog classes can do 4 songs plus some skits

-         Luke: talk to Prof. Crail about food and more info on acts; talk to Dr. Russell about paying the high school group

-         Jenn: make flyer

International Thai Conference:

-         Krissy is still working on it and will let us know what we need to do

All members and officers should be at next week’s meeting for officer elections as much as possible.
