Monday Meeting Minutes

March 7, 2005

5:00-5:40 pm, HSC 503

Attendance: Krissy, Kristen, Jason C., Carolina, Luke, Jenn

New officer positions voted on and approved unanimously:

President: Krissy

SEA Council Rep.: Jason C.

Kristen: great job settling the paperwork from the benefit!

International Thai Conference:

-         Krissy has a meeting with Dr. Neher tomorrow & will bring updates after break

SEA Party: 3/11

-         at Dr. Russell’s house

-         Krissy & Jenn: take club supplies from Mary’s house to be stored at Dr. Russell’s; set up

-         Everyone: clean up

Philippine Culture Night: 4/22

-         Luke: check for better venue – we have the Episcopal church now, but check with Newman & Immanuel Lutheran; talk to Dr. Russell & Prof. Crail

We will be holding officer elections for next year (2005-2006) on March 28.  Please bring nominations & nominees to the meetings on 3/21 & 3/28!
