Monday Meeting Minutes

February 28, 2005

5:00-6:00 pm, HSC 503

Attendance: Dom, Krissy, Kristin, Mary, Luke, Lee, Jenn

Great job with the conference and the benefit everyone!

Jenn: check in with the HSC to make sure everything is ok with them

Krissy: coordinate our volunteers for the International Thai Conference with Arlene Neher; organize officer elections to be held in March

It is soon time to elect officers for next year.  Please be thinking and come with nominee ideas next week.

Effective at the close of the meeting, Dom and Mary have resigned their positions as club President and External Vice President.  We thank them for their efforts on behalf of the club and wish them well in their future endeavors. 

In the interim, Krissy will act as President.  Dom will continue his role as club webmaster for the remainder of the semester.
