Southeast Asia Club minutes

February 14, 2005

5:00pm- 6:20pm

Attendance: Mary, Dom, Kit, Art, Matt, Douglas, Lee, Carolina ( I was late)

Mary: Volunteers are needed to work tables at DuSable, M-Th 10 am- 2pm, starting on the 18^th. Sign up sheet is needed. We also need more information on how individual donations will be submitted

Also please call or e-mail Ann Parsons and Sarah B. to find out what they need.
three tables each? And Sarah needs to racks to hang clothes.

Lee: Will work table Thursday Feb. 17, 10am -2:00pm

Art: Will work the tables on Monday the 21^st and Tuesday 22^nd from 10am-2:00pm so that she can sell items for separate NGO contribution. She will hand flyers and sell tickets for event also.

Dom: Finalize conference stuff

Friday, Feb. 25^th: Soda storage after brownbag.

We will have an additional meeting on this day also to finalize Tsunami relief stuff.
