Tsunami Relief Benefit: 2/25

o       Venue: Dom, Krissy

o       Meals, Drinks, Candy: Mary

o       Silent Auction: Sara

o       Museum display: Dom talk to Ann Parsons about this

o       Photograph table: Hong

o       Donation table: Kristen

o       Email/contact lists and direction: Jenn

o       A/V Equipment: Dom

o       PR/Advertising: Carolina

o       Program acts: Mary

-         Jenn: talk to Deb Pierce about student contacts; contact Alumni Association and TSA

-         Jenn & Mary: Tuesday meeting with Darnell Bradley

-         Dom: Tuesday night budget meeting; confirm Newman reservation and bill status just in case

-         All proceeds from the Benefit will be given to Habitat for Humanity International

o       Checks should be made out to Habitat for Humanity International and should have “Tsunami Relief Fund” written in the memo line

-         Jenn: make quarter sheet fliers to be distributed at various campus events; work on Benefit flier

Lee: get room for movie night(s): 2/10-11
