Wednesday Meeting Minutes

January 19, 2005

5:00-6:30 pm, HSC 403

Attendance: Dom, Krissy, Lee, Mary, Luke, Jason C., Yolanda, Jack, Hong, Nico, Art, Jenn

Our regular meetings for this semester will be held Mondays at 5:00pm in HSC room 503.

Welcome back everyone. 

All Southeast Asia Night: 2/25

-         event will be changed and renamed to Tsunami Relief Benefit but will still be held at the same time

-         We are putting our full resources into this event to make it as big and successful as possible

-         Tasks were assigned as follows:

o       Venue: Dom, Krissy

o       Meals, Drinks, Candy: Mary

o       Silent Auction: Dom talk to Sara about taking charge of this

o       Museum display: Dom talk to Ann Parsons about this

o       Photograph table: Hong

o       Donation table: Kristen

o       Email/contact lists and direction: Jenn

-         We still need volunteers to take care of the program acts, procure audio/visual equipment, and spearhead the public relations/advertising campaign
