Monday Meeting Minutes

5:00-6:00 pm, HSC 403

Attendance: Jason, Tia, Ham, Carolina, Lyndy, Dom, Maggie, Michael, Cindy, Jenn

Ham’s friend lecture:

-         Thursday, April 8, 6-7:30pm

-         Dom: reserve room – Campus Life 100?

-         Ham: make flyers

SEA Party at Dr. Russell’s this Friday night, 5pm:

-         set up: Carolina, Jenn

-         clean up: Jason, Tyler

Burma Night: 4/16

-         at the Immanuel Lutheran Center

-         food is taken care of and we have volunteers to help cook

-         Cindy: get information and graphics to Jenn for flyer

-         Who is doing programs?  We will have program information next week

NEXT WEEK IS OFFICER ELECTIONS FOR NEXT YEAR!  PLEASE COME PREPARED TO VOTE.
