5:00-6:00 pm, HSC 306

Attendance: Jason, Carolina, Maggie, Ham, Lee, Dom, Michael, Lyndy, Tia, Jenn

Ham’s friend Mahn Robert Ba Zahn:

-         it’s a go

-         we’ll work on specifics next week

Film Festival:

-         set for April 8, 6:00pm

-         we will be showing the Thai movie Iron Ladies

-         specifics next week

All Southeast Asia Night: 2/27

-         setup team: Maggie, Carolina, Ellen, Pete – 3:30pm at the  Newman Center

-         clean up: Lyndy, Michelle, Jason, Lee, Jenn

-         Jenn: bring member list

-         Tasks: Lyndy: sell dinners, stage managing; Carolina: sell dinners; Maggie: sell drinks; Ellen: take tickets

-         Jason: buy sodas and table cloths

-         Michael: prepare all forms for performers; give account number to AV people

-         Maggie & Carolina: pick stuff up from Center for the Night

-         Carolina: verify silverware & napkins with Nancy; check about bringing a boom box & email Jason; bring basket

-         Cooking crew: Tyler, Tony, Luke, Chandra

Conference: 2/28

-         Lee: confirm food

-         Set up team: Dom, Lee, Lyndy, Jenn
