BIG NIU meeting this Friday (2/20) after the brown bag

All Southeast Asia Night: 2/27

-         Carolina: arrange for ads in the Northern Star

-         Lyndy: tell Nancy how many performers need meals; print final program

-         Jason: reserve A/V equipment

-         Thai dancers confirmed

-         Food: Tyler, Tony, Luke (?) to help cook starting at 11am

Conference: 2/28

-         9:00am-6:00pm

-         in the Chandelier room = Adams room 143

-         Lee: working on food

-         There is a new conference web site accessible from the club site

-         Working out logistics

Ham’s Karen friend:

-         we are bringing him in as a joint venture with BIG

-         Ham: take point on working out date, money, flyer, etc.
