Attendance: Ellen, Lyndy, Carolina, Lee, Dom, Ham, Jason, Tia, Soveacha, Michael

Should we bring Ham’s Karen friend to speak?

-         Dom: check on prevailing attitudes

All Southeast Asia Night: 2/27

-         Malay dancers cancelled

-         Chris Miller’s wife confirmed for a Burmese dance

-         Lyndy: contact the Thai dancers in Chicago

-         Lyndy: program draft for next week’s meeting

-         Jason: order the following A/V equipment: cassette, CD, two mics with stands

-         Next week we’ll discuss task assignments for the night

Conference: 2/28

-         Chandelier Room

-         A/V equipment to be borrowed from the Center

-         Stevens 206 on the night of the 28^th to play Dom’s SEA civ game

-         Need to make flyer and set times

-         Need to work on rooms and rides for folks coming from out of town

-         Committee to work on setting panels and distributing papers for ranking

-         Working on food & food money

Reminder: start thinking about officers for next year – we have to vote on new officers the Friday after Spring Break
