Monday Meeting Minutes

November 15, 2004

5:00-6:00 pm, HSC 503

Attendance: Dom, Kristen, Mary, Krissy, Luke, Jenn

Good job on Thai Night, everyone.  Thanks for all your help!

Do we want to set up a Peace Corps informational meeting for SEA students?

-         sure, we’re interested

-         let’s get more information

Krissy:

-         Thesis writing seminar: they can do it for us next semester

-         Contact them in January to set up a time in early February

-         Maybe have it on a Friday afternoon

Luke:

-         get to PSA in January about Philippine Culture Night

Conference:

-         Krissy take over and make sure things are getting done

-         Abstracts and CVs due January 21

-         Full papers due January 31

-         Email all information to seaconfniu@yahoo.com

-         Krissy: ask Julie about using the Center’s projector and laptop

-         Dom: make sure Julie emailed the notice to her list

CAROLINA: talk to the dining folks about our food situation!!!!!  We need their answer as soon as possible.

Our last meeting of the semester will be help on November 29.
