Monday Meeting Minutes

November 8, 2004

5:00-5:30 pm, HSC 503

Attendance: Krissy, Dom, Kristen, Carolina, Jason C., Luke, Kit, Sue, Yiam

Thai Culture Night: 11/12

-         Food help for Yui and Jack: Luke, Shaun, Kit, Yiam

-         Krissy: get candy and drop off at Center by noon Friday; bring boom box (CD and tape)

-         Krissy & Jason C.: bring coolers

-         Dom: get ice; get A/V: 2 microphones, 2 stands, speakers, etc.

-         Set up: Mary, Jenn, Lee à 2:00pm at St. Paul’s; Kristen and Carolina will come at 3pm or shortly thereafter

-         Selling meals: Kristen, Carolina

-         Food serving: Luke, Jenn

-         Drinks: Jason C., Krissy

-         Clean up: Kit, Krissy, Luke, Kappa Phi Lamda

-         Jenn: bring list of SEA Club members & drink sign

-         Kristen: bring change for cash box

-         Mary & Jenn: bring Club stuff from Center
