Monday Meeting Minutes

Attendance: Dom, Krissy, Kristen, Carolina, Kit, Cindy, Shaun, Luke, Jenn

Student Conference Update:

-         things are moving along

-         emails have been sent to the other Centers

-         the flyer is in the works

Thai Night: 11/12

-         Krissy: get candy

-         Food is a go

-         Mary: take food boxes to Jack and Yui

-         Carolina: confirm monks, dancer, kick boxers with Prachern and then tell Mary; keep working on the HSC food thing

-         Jenn: talk to Hong about Ramadan eating times so we can schedule her accordingly; give info to Mary

-         Krissy: bring boom box

-         Carolina & Cindy: talk to Pai about a Thai outfit

-         A/V: tape/CD, mic, speakers

-         We also need to use one of the pianos at St. Paul’s
