Monday Meeting Minutes

September 27, 2004

5:00-6:30 pm, HSC 503

Attendance: Dom, Kristen, Carolina, Mary, Michael, Luke, Doug, Kit, Sue, Jenn

Kristen & Dom: do budget packet for next year

Carolina: go to mandatory organization meeting on Wednesday; set up advertising for Indonesia Night

Luke: get minutes from the last PAISA meeting

Thai Night: 11/19 or 12

-         venue: either the Field House or Anderson gym

-         TSA (Thai Student Association): working on acts, etc.

-         Mary: ask Yui and Jack about doing the food

Indonesia Night: 10/8

-         Mary: work on getting free candy

-         we now have: food boxes, trash bags, table cloths

-         Elvi needs 3 helpers to box and transport the food starting at 2:30 on the 8^th: Luke, Matt; Michael

-         Set up at 2:00: Jenn, Kristen, Mary

-         Ann Parsons is coming

-         MCs = Nico and Francisca

-         Jenn & Luke: find a guitar player

-         Jenn: resend gamelan contact information to Dom; bring member list and drink sign on the 8^th

-         Kristen: bring change on the 8^th

-         Anyone have an MP3 player?

-         Food Selling: Kristen & Krissy

-         Dom: order utensils & napkins; take care of drinks; order A/V equipment: mic & speakers
