Monday Meeting Minutes

November 17, 2003

6:00-7:00 pm, HSC 403

Attendance: Jason, Michael, Mary, Maggie, Tyler, Lee, Michelle, Carolina, Lyndy, Dom, Jenn

Philippine Night: 11/21

-         Schedule run down & revisions

-         Maggie: talk to Rey about doing opening remarks

-         Dom, Lyndy, Tyler, Nick: food packing and selling

-         Carolina, Mary, Maggie, Jenn: set up – be there between noon and 1:00

-         Jason: buy soda and ice, pick up coolers and leftover soda from Dr. Russell’s house

-         Michelle: make soda price sign - $.50

-         Jason, Dom, Mary, Maggie, & everyone who is still there: clean up

-         Mary will be the act/stage manager for the program in order to make sure it keeps running

-         Sound person will need set up help

-         Jason: check about renting 4 cordless mics, a screen, and projector

-         Maggie: talk to Center about borrowing their projector and tell Jason

-         Michael: get change for food selling

-         Jason: talk to Ann Parsons about setting up a table

-         Mary: pick up chocolates

-         Jason & Jenn: pick up promo stuff from Center

-         Jenn: bring current member list

-         Wednesday: dress rehearsal at 8pm

-         Friday: performers to arrive around 3pm
