Monday Meeting Minutes

6:00-7:00 pm, HSC 403

Attendance: Jason, Tyler, Luke, Carolina, Lee, Lyndy, Maggie, Iris, Anne, Jenn

Philippine Night 11/21:

-         flyers distributed for posting

-         Jason: check about using the kitchen at Immanuel

-         Maggie/Anne/etc: schedule rehearsal

-         Anne: get in touch with Mary to set up drop off time for vases

-         Mary: programs by next meeting

-         Need to buy: plastic utensils, paper table coverings (Maggie)

-         Mary: restocking the drinks, ice, and chocolate

Conference:

-         our keynote speaker is Jeffrey Winters

o       we need to know if he would also like to be involved with a panel
