Jenn: talk to Nancy about sending an email about the club, meeting times, web page, and that meeting minutes will be posted on the web page
COTS: sign up of those present who want to go; Jenn has the list
T-shirts: Tyler
- has a design in mind; will bring it to the meeting
Conference: co-coordinators: Dom & Lee
- start advertising
- reserve room at the HSC
- papers will be due sometime at the end of January
Social Night:

Indonesia Night:
- Flyers: Jenn & Carolina will try to have them by the next meeting so that everyone can take some to post around campus
- Programs: Mary
- Cooking help: 10/24 8:00am-4:00pm: Tyler, Jason, Nick
- Jason to find out from the Newman Center if we can get in at 2:00pm for rehearsal
- A/V: Jason to confirm that we have all necessary A/V equipment covered
- Lyndy to sell meals, will hand out tickets for food
- Mary to sell drinks
- Carolina to advertise in the Northern Star
- Tia will bring Indonesian CDs for background music

- 11/21: Philippine Night will be held at the Emmanuel Lutheran Center
- 2/27: All Southeast Asia Night will be held at the Newman Center
- 4/16: Burma Night will be held at the Emmanuel Lutheran Center
Philippine Night:
- Mary to talk to the PSA
- Dom still looking for Philippine stick fighters
- Jenn getting contact information from Dr. Han for the Philippine family
- We need to coordinate with the Tagalog class
Announcements:
- internal NIU FLAS award for next semester
- those who are not yet members and would like to be should complete the form and give it to either an officer or to the Center
