Tumis Sawi Putih

Ingredients: Bahan-bahan:
serves 8 people disajikan untuk 8 orang
3 tbsp oil for frying 3 sdm minyak untuk menumis
3 garlic cloves 3 siung bawang putih
2 cm ginger, ground 2 cm jahe, memarkan
150 g fresh shrimp peeled, cut the back 150 g udang segar kupas, belah punggungnya

Preparation: Cara memasak:
1. heat the oil, fry the garlic and ginger until it smells 1. panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum
2. put shrimp and chicken, stir until the shrimps changes color 2. masukkan udang dan ayam, aduk-aduk hingga udang berubah warna
3. add carrot, mushroom, and cabbage, stir until withered 3. tambahkan wortel, jamur, dan sawi, aduk-aduk hingga layu
4. pour the spices, cook until all the ingredients are cooked thoroughly 4. tuangkan bumbu, masak hingga semua bahan matang
5. transfer and serve 5. angkat dan sajikan
